Please don't take my words, in fact U can experience this first hand Urself with Dr.Arpita. .here is wht I experienced - 1. Admire her professionalism. 2. Pretty straightforward /upfront 3. Efficient with efficacy & not just in work 4. The only thing she is focused on is to get you better (And it's Ur job too; so help urself) But I do have 2 regrets as well - 1. After my first session with Arpita, I felt like I should have found her a couple of years earlier; so that I would have requested her to help my father. In fact, very next day I was gonna ask too help my father as well .. 2. I wish I could have spent more time with her but have to return to USA. 3. Maybe I think I need to add 3rd regret as well i.e. If only I could have had her watch me round the clock; I would have known that I am always in better hands and would have got better and better.

I was worried to get better physiotherapy treatment in Karjat when I was reffered to physiotherapist. I had almost made my mind that I will have to go to Mumbai or New Mumbai but to my surprize this was the fabolus treatment that one of my friends did not get even in Mumbai. The fee charged was almost half than Mumbai. Dr. Arpita is so knowledgable about her subject, passionate about her work and is so professional. I could get much relief in few sessions and she helped me realised to look differently about my body. Dr. Arpita's clinic is really going to add value to your health if you visit it. I strongly feel that one should not only visit for cure but prevention too. My only suggestion that clinic should be open for more time (in evening too if possible) for more convenience. Dr. Arpita is very soft spoken, calm and skilled at her work. She gave me proper treatment as well as the knowledge about my condition so that it can be avoided in future. She explains all the exercises very well and in a very easy way. Even she has adjusted for me a lots of time as I use to get late Which I appreciate more If u are at this place for the treatment then u are at the right place

Great experience. I met with an accident and had to undergo an ACL reconstruction surgery. 2 weeks after the surgery I took my first physiotherapy(PT) session with Arpita mam, and then I decided to continue my PT with her for next 2-3 months until I recover completely. However, as my injury was bit serious, I had some issues with my knee flexion. But Arpita mam used to push my knee hard, sometimes it used to pain a lot, but at last 'Pain is gain'. Overall it was a great experience. Mam really has thorough and in depth knowledge about her subject, and she is quite an expert in her field. She explains every minute detail and it help us to understand how our body and muscles work, which ultimately helps in our recovery. Undoubtedly, she is the best physiotherapist in Karjat.

Dr.Arpita is an excellent Physio..she goes the extra mile to help and knows how to motivate her patient. Her communication is clear and you really feel she is in your corner. Best physiotherapist ..highly recommended.

Had suffer with injury while playing badminton at office badminton event and this injury has been result in facture on upper end tibia for which knee Cast was done and it was for almost 1.5 month. After cast was removed I was suggested for Physiotherapy. As I was not confident about a physiotherapy in karjat I was looking for Physiotherapy in pune itself as my initial treatment was in pune but my uncle suggest for Dr. Arpita physiotherapy center and like to mentioned here that she is excellent in her work. As I was not allowed to put weight I knee for next 3 week after cast was removed so she use to visit home make sure that all the physio excercise are done properly. Physiotherapy is very painful and depressing process but she used to motivate and passion toward her work is just superb Step by step she had done all the excercise my me and today am back to normal Alhamdulillah Dr. Arpita Solanki's Physiotherapy is highly recommended

Dr arpita has been of great help with my chronic upper back pain and stiffness. She is very thorough and professional. She took great care to understand my problems, explored different treatment methods, and responded to feedback. I would definitely recommend to anyone with chronic muscle pain or sports injuries. One of the finest physio i ever met.
