Physiofox: The Health Studio (Physiotherapy Clinic) - Physiotherapy Center in Nuvem - South Goa, India

I had three sessions under Dr Charlotte,as I had been suffering with lots of symptoms like a very stiff neck and shoulder pain , lower back pain along with a spur on my foot.She's been really remarkable with her hands in finding the tissues , identifying the cause and releasing the tightness. The pain has disappeared. She has recommended some exercises daily which are extremely helpful. I intend to go for the therapy again. The clinic is exceptionally clean, with great interiors. Would surely recommend to all those who require physiotherapy.

I visited PhysiFox for my scoliosis treatment and I must say it is a true gem. From the moment I entered, the ambience felt like a luxury resort. They provided a refreshing cool towel, and the treatment was exceptional. Surprisingly, they even offered coffee and tea, making the entire experience beautiful. It didn't feel like a typical doctor's visit; it was more like a refreshing getaway.

This was my first experience going to a physiotherapist. I never thought I would need help with muscle pain but I was wrong. Visiting Physio Fox was such a helpful and wonderful experience. A big thanks to Physio Fox and to Dr Charlotte for helping me get rid of my thigh pain. And for all those who are second guessing whether they should visit a physiotherapist or not, I would say you definitely should and you should go to Physio Fox.

Since the beginning of this year I would suffer from lower back pain that would make it difficult to walk, bend or lift weights in the gym. I was recommended to PhysioFox by a mutual friend. After making an appointment, I was accessed by Dr. Charlotte and she identified my issue immediately and treated it. She did a fantastic job in releasing the tightness of my muscles. I haven't had the pain since. And would totally go back for a therapy again. Dr. Austin and Dr. Charlotte were amazing, friendly and there's such a positive/relaxing vibe at the clinic. Highly recommended to visit them if you are broken. You'll leave brand NEW!

We've been to quite a few places in Goa . Without a doubt Physio fox has helped us out the most. Deep tissue therapy really worked for me. Nice clean rooms aswell . I would definitely recommend people to visit Physio fox. And also to top it all , Austin and Charlotte are really nice easy going people too. Professional with their work.

Very happy to have crossed paths with Austin who suggested i consult Dr. Charlotte. Two sessions with her and my nagging back issue seems to finally be going away. Before this, i could not sit for more than 30 minutes before I was in pain (muscle imbalance). I consulted several doctors and physiotherapists prior to this without success. Thanks to Dr Charlotte's sure hands with trigger point and myofascial release therapy, my back is now almost as good as new. Will be continuing treatment with her for sure. Dr. Austin treated my father who was feeling weak and unable to move around much due to his age. He was very patient with him and cared for him like his own family. Dr. Austin continues to check in on him every now and then even though treatment is no longer required, and this exceeds expectations! Being away from home, I am rest assured that my father is in good hands. Dr. Austin's unique knowledge of holistic health, and his ability to truly empathize with the patient and the family proved to be a blessing during a challenging time. The clinic offers a range of valuable services (e.g. blood test home collection) that we continue to use especially due to the convenience and Dr. Austin's attention and care for his patients. I highly recommend his services and am so glad we found Dr. Austin at a time when we needed it the most!

The best physiotherapy clinic I have visited. I was in pain since months, nothing helped, but here they did wonders with hands on session and matrix rhythm therapy. Though I had only 2 sessions and couldn't continue due to personal reasons but I would recommend everyone who is pain to visit this clinic you won't regret! Plus Dr Charlotte and Dr Austin both of them are of very helping nature!
