I met with a road accident and my knee was damaged then i visit orthopaedic doctor, they suggest me medication and some physiotherapy. For my physiotherapy sessions i got introduced from Dr. Rajesh Kalsariya he suggest me all the best exercises to recover my knee conservatively, Some doctors also suggested me to perform surgery procedure but today i have that much confidence that i don't need any kind of surgery. I had an car accident in 3 January 2023, I have multiple fractures in right lower limb.
