It was a really great experience to have my baby delivered here. It is a great boon to Muzaffarpur to have this kind of hospital. Right from emergency hospitalization to coordinating with doctors even at 3 am in the morning, everything was up to the mark. Assitants, nurses, receptions everyone was very helpful even at the crunching time of Chatth puja. Private ac rooms are always cleaned timely and patient to doctor interaction is taken care at every moment. The hospital has all facilities like NICU, ICU, good pedetrians etc. Just a bit expensive on pocket but dont worry about anything else if admitted to this hospital.

Bahut kharab experience...Doctors are careless n try all ways to mine money... faltu ke tests and charges Bata kar paise le lena...please don't ever go there. Edit:- And whoever you're replying to the people's reviews,who are telling the truth,kindly let that people also revert back on your response in the comment section...not only keep blabbering alone.EDIT 2:- Ok,paediatrician came for just 1 min only, after 4 hrs gap he sent a physician who just used his trick to terrify the parent n told a normal viral fever can also be "Dengue" n I have to admit for 3 more days.20000/- you people took just in one day, by adding unnecessary tests n all ..nursing staff charge was more than 2000/ n they were so careless just put the thermometer to check fever n did not come back.the way you people trying to convert this noble work of serving people, into just the source of mining money,taking advantage of innocent parents who are tooo careful for their babies, This as a hospital is going to perish soon.
Behavior of people sitting on reception counter is very rude. They talk to customer very unprofessional manner Very Very much expensive hospital with unwanted practice at emegency Imagine they are taking four time higher rate than paras and other hospital.Not Par At All. I am saying this after taking rate chart from other hospital for giving my review.
I was told by the receptionist at the hospital that the cost of lscs would be between 35,000 and 45,000 rupees maximum. However, after I was admitted, I was charged 75,000 rupees for lscs. This is significantly higher than the initial estimate, and I believe that the hospital is giving inaccurate cost estimates in order to take advantage of patients.please don't waste your money they are not worth it . Even if you are going ,I suggest you to take cost estimation in writing before you admit and also ask how much max it will extend . Otherwise hospital like Phular will put you in immense financial stress .
I was shocked to see the difference between the charge that hospital is quoting vs aradhita ready is claiming . I have visited your hospital once,but I didn't get a chance to ask about the charges I am from motihari ,not possible to come to muz just to ask about pricing ,I called your receptionist but no luck .
