We have a very good experience of customer service from the who was very helpful in finding the required dress and assistance.Staff is really appreciable.
I find it hard to move between different floors due to escalators being so distant in each floor. With limited lift service and people being typical, it's well crowded and better avoid if not with huge luggage, old person or kids.
The food court seems to be the best place with ample options to sit and relax as well as food options.
Good place for couples and friends.

It's a really nice place. You can leave kids in the game zone and go shopping too lol. It has all important food outlets in the food court. The theatre has all great movies. Escalators and lift all are available. Really great mall in lucknow. Parking is huge too.
