Worst tour guider he was trying to abuse us We were 4 freinds travelling together He was abused and literally behaving very bad
Worst tour organizers. Had a very bad experience. We regret for contacting them for our college trip. Very money minded. Gave us an itinerary for 15 places but showed us only 5. Didn't keep up the promises. No punctuality. Made the bus go slow; so that the number of places we see will be reduced. Stopped the bus half way and demanded more money more than the fixed amount and no transparency in money. Very rude in behaviour. The trip was insecure for girls.
Very Good Travel Agency! They provided us best hotels as mentioned in itinerary, Good condition Car.Mr. amar I was very friendly and nice gentle man. He was very polite and soft spoken. Totally amazing trip with wonderful guide showed beautiful scenery there were so many highlights.Excellent customer service. Great food served and lots of active adventure.
Booked and went for Kodaikanal as a two day class trip. Positives : The bus and the food arranged were very good. The bus had disco lights + good surround system, driver was also well experienced. They brought their own cookery team for the food and it was good. The cottage stay was good. Negatives : Improper planning of the places to visit. The first day we visited only one place (vattakanal falls). In the evening they couldn't arrange a proper "campfire" (which they said would be perfectly ready). We had asked for extra speakers priorly for some events we had planned and they couldn't arrange that (which also they said would be ready). The second day we visited some 4 places and that day was okay, but still the bad first day shadows the average second day.
Had a great time with this ppl. Arrangements were neat and good. They done everything for us whatever I asked. Really the tour was excellent for this affordable price. Thank you for giving wondering memories brothers. Thanks a lot.
We are not satisfied,very poor management ,just a money minded people ,the worst agency ever,don't waste your money
