We stayed in the serviced apartment on 14th main Anna nagar. This 3BHK unit is excellent. I can't praise the facilities enough - it is just superb. We came from Bangalore for conducting a wedding in Sree Varaham Hall (5 mins distance) and this unit was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well maintained. The best part is the huge hall with two ACs. We enjoyed one week stay with our family. Kumarkannan and Senthil are very helpful and they take care of all needs well. They provide food also, but we ordered from Swiggy. I highly recommend this service apartment and will be definitely staying there for our next visit to Anna Nagar/Koyambedu area.
A little over priced if you take rent for one month.. Otherwise it pretty cool for daily basis.. But all the staffs are very much cooperative and helpful..
Excellent place to stay. I had booked 5 days for my family and about maximum of 8 people stayed here. It's fully air-conditioned and the rooms are very neat. The hall and dining space is huge. They have all utensils and appliances for cooking. Food is also prepared by them on orders. I thank the team phoenix for making our stay comfortable in all respects.
Perfectly fitted our need while vacationing in India. Mr. Kumarakannan communicated well and was easily approachable. The staff was well trained and courteous. They provide food that is like home-made. I recommend this facility for families and individuals.
