This review is not of the Doctors but of the hospital infrastructure and administration. They seriously need to renovate. It seems aged and worn down. The consult waiting area in the basement is rather saddening. The admin staff is kinda disjointed. Its the main doctor's assistant that ties all threads together and make things happen. It takes hours for a consult. Post your consult, a person near the staircase asks for your prescription to get you the medicines from 'somewhere'. Kinda shady. They can have a proper pharmacy. PS: The doc is amazing and people swear by her. Again, this review is not about the doctor but the hospital infra and admin.
Dr. Urvashi is GOD to us! I trust her as I would trust my mom! One might need to wait to meet with her for an hour or more, but its worth the wait, cos' she would give you full attention and understand and advise you with a human perspective and not money making doctor's perspective. May she be blessed with a very long and healthy life and continues to bring smiles to many many more families!!
Dr Urvashi is an amazing and gifted gynecologist and one of the very best in the city. She is a very calm, positive and caring doctor. Pheonix hospitals has a homely feel to it, staff is good and they are not purely commercial like many big hospitals out there. My daughter was born here and so this place is special and always close to my heart. My best wishes to dr Urvashi and her team always.
Got our first baby delivered here. Overall experience has been nothing less than a 5 star. Every small piece of the hospital is brilliantly managed and taken care of. No restrictions. Neat and clean environment and fantastic staff, from doctors to hohsekeeping. Food was brilliant all 3 days. Overall costing is so sweet compared to others today's market. Approx 1 lac for a normal delivery and 1.2 lacs for a C-section. Highly recommended place to enjoy delivery experience. My sincere thanks to management and everyone in the staff. Thank you!!
Our surgery was performed by Dr. Minoo Fazilat and her team for hydrosalpinx and associated problems very superbly and cooperatively. The hospital is calm and clean better than a 5 star hotel. The staff all together adds beauty to this place.
Feels less like hospital and more like art museum because of interior and art pieces, very calm and peaceful environment. Staff and doctors are very professional and friendly, had a good experience there.
Dr. Urvashi Sehgal and her team are just fantastic. Both my children were born here and the level of care, empathy, sensitivity shown by her staff and her have been exceptional. My wife just wouldn't have delivered anywhere else!! Her expertise is amazing and she provides the patient with all the comfort needed and answered all our questions patiently.
Good doctor. Very bad staff. Never opt for ultrasound in this hospital. Get the prescription and go anywhere else. They waste time with their untrained staff.
