I had a good experience at this hospital for my ACL repair. Sister Heena's dedication and hard work made a significant difference in my recovery. all nurses and staff is also helpful. Dr. Nikhil Sharma, who performed the surgery, did an outstanding job. I'm grateful for their expertise and the excellent care I received. Food served is also good no need to get food from home. Rooms need to be maintained a bit more. Some rooms are small where it is difficult to sleep for someone who has come with the patients. The lift is small , a stretcher can not go in. Also I couldn't get in a wheelchair with my leg lift up. The operation theater also lost power 3 times during operation, the power came back immediately however it still is not right.

On the basis of feedback taken from the patients 1)The hospital surface being eneven area for waiting room is risky for senior citizens (2) inspite of fixed appointment there is no assurance that the Dr will meet you. As staff always says Dr has arrived just now and is very busy hence it's not sure Dr will attend you. It is not understood when working person ( patient)gets leave with difficulty then if the hospital staff easily says you come tomorrow it is really not appropriated. 3) inspite of payment settlement in advance they will make you to roam here and there for file clearance. Some patients were literally complaining that inspite of payment settlement done the hospital staff has not given them discharge report and file. 5) Dr. Sometimes is so courteous sometimes he behaves as if the patients relatives are illiterate and unnecessary waiting, though he must understand that every human being is concerned about the patients well-being.

Very good hospital.. Neat and clean. I have done my surgery here.. I had a very good experience. Special thanks to Dr. Advait Jathar sir, Heena sister and all other staff. Staff here is very cooperative. They have tie up with almost all insurance companies. They ensure proper treatment and takes good care of patients. It is easily reachable from ulasnagar and ambarnath station..

Doctors are good but the staff's working and behaviour is below average. This hospital like Charge premium Amount but provide service higher than govt hospitals and lower than Private Hospital.

Everyone, from the doctors to the nurses and entire staff of hospital were very friendly and approachable. From the day I was admitted till the day I got discharged they took really good care of me and solved all my queries. I would especially like to thank senior nurse Hena ma'am for always checking up on me. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Ajay Gawhale for making me feel that I was in safe hands.

My self Alisha Facilities in hospital are very nice, whole staff is co-operative,helpful and there is cleanliness in a hospital too heena mam is very jolly she treats whole heartedly to each & everyone

Very good Doctor but sister Heena is the best, she took care of me very nicely and she is of helping nature with a positive outlook. God bless her always with good health.
