Recently my wife has admitted to the hospital for the first time. But I experienced a great medical guidance facility available inside the hospital and the staff and nurses under guidance of Dr Arti & other doctors and the nursing staff works hard to serve the mankind.. an women ( Dr Aarti) with her own wins the heart of many families..

It's a very good hospital providing excellent treatment. The staff are polite and helpful. Very well organised and clean. You will surely get all the care you most need it. My dad was brought to the hospital in a very critical condition. Me and my family were away in karnataka when this happened. But Doctors and staff have taken his utmost care and gave him the best treatment required. I found all the staff very hardworking and helpful. The hospital is very clean and hygiene. I would like to thanks a ton to Dr. Arthi as she has given correct treatment, while explaining us what is happening and how we should keep our selves calm and keep patience. Today my dad is getting discharged with full recovery and he is very happy. I would personally recommend the hospital. They have all types of facility and treatment. I had some experience with Phenix hospital in last few days. My wife was admitted here for 4 days. I would like to echo the support which we received from Dr Aarti. She is one of the gem of the doctor in the vicinity. I would highly recommend her for any medical guidance. She is friendly, helpful and readily available. PS- one star that is reduced in review is because of our initial experience with jr staff of this hospital. Which eventually turned up good after Dr Aarti's intervention.

My wife was hospitalised in Phoenix with severe dengue infection with some complications related to Dengue. Initially I was apprehensive about the hospital but after Dr. Arathi took over her case I was very relieved. She used all her experience to give the right medical treatment, such that the turn around in my wife's condition was evident in few days. Dr. Arathi is very modest and respects the sanctity of the profession. She not only treats the ailment but also connects with the mind of the patient, which does half the work of healing. We are now regularly following up with her on my wife's sugar issues and she has really helped us to manage it well.
