Went to Phoenix for booster dose of Covid vaccination and was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and efficiency at all levels. Once we reached, the guard helped us to park the vehicle. Though the marker said Ambulance but he assured he will take care. Space for parking several bikes was available. Registration process, payment and vaccination - the entire process was real quick. It took less than 10 min from parking the vehicle to getting vaccinated. The nurse was very polite and efficient with pain free vaccination. May be it was a weekday but personal experience was really great.

Worst Hospital, 1start I am just giving for staff's good behaviour other than that I didn't like anything. I admitted my wife here. The treatment they have given is very high in terms of money as well and doses which was not required at that situation. If you tell you have insurance then they will be happy and do unnecessary test and want you to stay as long as possible even if it is not required. When I asked them for discharge then they told me its very risky and situtaion is not good to make me feel that I keep admitted there. When I took my wife to another doctor then I realised that how they were fooling us amd making their money and not thinking about us.

I was admitted here for viral fever treatment. This is really pathetic hospital I have ever visited in my life. Nursing care is really unprofessional doctors are under skilled. To the top they charged me rs 68000 just for viral fever treatment. Please do not go by reviews as most of the reviews are for vaccination. The in house treatment is really poor and they charge huge amount. And they claim themselves as NABH

My wife had a urinary tract infection. We visited as emergency in the morning 3AM. As it was morning we woke up and he called the doctor. The doctor came after sometime. He checked and prescribed some medicine and was discharged. We asked him to admit as OPD and give IV with antibiotics since this is quite a regular problem for my wife. And with antibiotics with NS solves this problem quickly. He denied he said we don't admit OPD patients and if you want to admit then you have to be admitted for at least three days. He didn't admit for OPD and he took 400 OPD fees. At 3:30 in the morning I had to take my wife to another hospital with my 7-month-old daughter as I didn't have anyone home to look after her. Hospital need to admit OPD patients for OPD treatment, you cannot mandate people to be admitted for 3 days for the treatment which gets completed in 2 hours.

If insurance is available of any patient then they intentionally didnt give the discharge to that patient as early as possible by saying name of any other disease. Also they are doing so many unwanted tests that are not required but due to insurance they do that and make more bill. few Nurses are not well trained. main Doctors are visited only once in a day.

Amazing Experience. Doctors and nurses are very friendly and helpful. They always keep on updating about what next needs to be done. Morning and evening, doctors comes to check the health. It was very good experience , all the staff doctors are very kind and helpful

Today my appointment was scheduled via the Cowin site and I landed at Phoenix Hospital at 9 am. There was no arrangement for car parking and it's on a busy road. So please plan to get a driver or keep time to park the car slightly further and walk back to the location. There is some space to park two wheelers right infont of the hospital. There were 26 people waiting before me. I would probably have been 10th person had I arrived 10 mins earlier. The hospital staff was very professional - right from the watchman to the nurse giving tokens and taking photos, updating the details online, then guiding to the next room for vaccination and then to the nurse in the waiting area noting our name, age, kept under observation for about 30 mins. They were only accepting cash Rs250/- each. While everyone was wearing masks, there was no social distancing, the setup itself being slightly congested, especially the waiting area. While there was no physical certificate available, my details were promptly updated on the Cowin site. Also do not forget to get yourself clicked on the photo booth in the waiting area before you leave for home. On the whole a fairly good 50 mins experience if you ignore the social distancing part...

Medical and treatment expenses are high, especially if you have insurance then they intentionally add up all the test which may not required and extend the days of admission for more money. Physicians visit are irregular.
