A well maintained gym in close proximity from various high rise apartments in Kadugodi area. BUT DO NOT EXPECT ANY MUSIC Or AC TO BE ON. It has all the latest equipment which gets serviced every 6 months. There is a Steam and Sauna also available for men and women in separate areas. It has a dedicated space for Gym and aerobics.

Phoenix Gym is a highly recommended option in and around Seegehalli whitefield for anyone who is looking for a safe and comfortable environment to workout in. I never went to gym Before marraige and had no option after putting so much weight so i joined gym along with my husband. Writing this review with my own personal experience after 2 years( after reducing decent weight in last 6 months shown in pics.) Phoenix has excellent safety measures in place for women and couples, and even provides better packages for couples which is affordable compare to others Gyms near by. Additionally, the gym offers free Zumba classes thrice a week which are worth every penny. The gym is also very clean and well-maintained with a great atmosphere and Changing rooms and washrooms are very clean for womens and music that can be tailored to your preferences. Overall, this gym provides an exceptional fitness experience with safety, cleanliness, and personalized attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a safe and comfortable environment.

They never keep all their ACs on, you would always have to ask to turn on the AC, after which they go turn on the AC of your area as if it's a fan. It is especially annoying in the afternoon, when it's hot and they still don't have their ACs on, despite being asked to. On weekends especially when I can't normally make it in the morning, I would have to workout in the heat. You would have the same fate if you're a shift worker.l and can't make it to the gym in typical hours. The trainers take no responsibility for it, despite it being them that we contact while taking or renewing membership. They are open 12 hours but their ACs are on 2 hours.

I joined Phoenix fitness in the month of June. This is one of the best gyms in and around Kadugodi/Seegehalli which has almost all the equipment. My motive is to gain strength, weight loss and reduce fat %. So, I started taking personal training from Ranjan and he is extraordinary. Now, I have gained some strength and lost almost 4kgs in a span of 1month & have reduced my fat % as well. I would strongly recommend this trainer for anyone

From the very first session, it was clear that he were dedicated to helping me improve my overall health and fitness. His expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of our workouts. He took the time to understand my individual needs and created a personalized plan that was tailored to my unique goals and fitness level. He pushed me to challenge myself, but always in a safe and effective way. Throughout our time working together, Rocky provided me with ongoing support and encouragement. I had the pleasure of working out at Phoenix gym in the past, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to achieve my fitness goals. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a wide variety of equipment to choose from. One thing that really impressed me about this gym was the focus on community. The other members were friendly and supportive, and there was a real sense of camaraderie and encouragement among everyone. Whether I was lifting weights or attending a group fitness class, I always felt like I was part of something bigger than myself. The trainers were also excellent - they were knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to offer guidance and advice. I felt like I was in good hands, and their expertise helped me to push myself further than I ever thought possible. Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and supportive fitness experience. Good location with plenty of equipments. Trainers are very helpful and will provide all kinds of help. I've been getting personal training from Girish here since last two months. Girish has been helping me on improving on my lifting capacity and stamina and can see good progress already. He is a very dedicated trainer and would suggest asking for him as your personal trainer if you are planning to join here.

Best gym in Whitefield. All staff are friendly and helpful when you ask for help. They even help you voluntarily when your form is wrong. I have used this gym for more than a year and have felt safe and comfortable all the time. They push me to do better and motivate when required. Equipments, cleanliness, trainers, location all great! They play any music requested by the customers(although I never mind what music is being played). All round best gym in Whitefield, worth the price we pay.
