I have been a member of this gym for over a year and I absolutely love it! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and the facilities are top-notch. Excellent gym with top quality equipments, the trainers help you push your limits which helps you to achieve your goals in a healthy manner along with increase in overall strength and resistance over the time. The ambience of the gym is very good which helps you to get into the workout mood irrespective of what time you step in, it is also equipped with a steam bath facility which can be availed on requirement basis which helps in recovery as well. Poor maintenance by management.. unhygienic washrooms, no proper lighting ... they turn off lighting by 8am .. its been 2 yrs cardio machines are not working and the owner dosent care about it .. when issues are raised he disconnects the call and stops coming to gym.. working out in this gym from 4 yrs and none of the issues are solved .. becoming from one of the best gym to worst gym of Kompally
It's a good gym when compared to other gyms in kompally/Suchitra. Even trainers are good and the group session by kasi trainer is massive. The ambiance and equipments are excellent.
