Worst parking service, poor behaviour

there is an area where people can sit and wait for cabs. Out of curiosity, I wonder how people can stay there if it is rainy because there is no shelter over there.

During day time & pean hours when the sun is up, this place is not at all considerable. Badly preferring a roof.
