Phil's Residency - Hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

It is a very good, medium priced hotel. The owners and the management are extremely helpful and do everything to make ones stay enjoyable.

We arrived and the host looked at us like we were lost. He asked if we booked a room. And yes we did. He said that it was fully booked and no rooms left. But I already paid for the booking. So suddenly there was another room free. In not sure but I didn't feel welcome at this place. Also there some fungas at the wallsee picture.

Very bad experience...not at all prepared for the guests even after prior booking...water leakage in bathroom...even not provided bath soap...no cleanliness...no attendant, one man show...totally 'Ram bharose' ...not at all worth Rs 3200 room...

This is one of the best stays if you want to feel like home. This was my second time in kochi and I stayed here previous time as well. even though no in-house restaurant is there, you have plenty of options nearby and also Zomato or swiggy is there. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean.

It was two bedroom hall kitchen, spacious and clean, enjoyed had comfortable stay, very close to all the locations like market, restaurants, and tourists points, walking distance. There is no restaurant, but menu which is available to order food from outside, that restaurant food is very tasty. Rest kitchen has all the amenities like microwave, microwave plates glasses and tea maker, fridge is there. Was comfortable spacious and good. And in budget.

Had a delightful experience in this property. Beautiful location and clean room, staffs was worthy for their services. The property was a value for money property and overall we had a very satisfying & happy stay.

it was very amazing stay for me... nice 1 HBK I'll prefer the Residency to all my friends. i got very clean and good Rooms with reasonable price for 3 nights and 3 days..

It was easily accessible to reach out the property. In house restaurant was not there but but kitchen facility was available. Owner handled all of my services and no such time limitation there for going out and coming back. Free WiFi/internet facility was available to use.
