Service could be a little better. Unless you ask for some services which are taken for granted, they don't happen. Maybe training is absent.
Stayed 2 days for a family reunion. Room size is big but facilities and services are far from expectation. No water or coffee maker available in the room. No house keeping even for 2 day - no bed making or room cleaning was done. Towels are given after follow up....

Hotel experience here seems pretty average, rooms have just bare essentials, a tv that is much less than 32 " in a time when all these are available for cheap rate, no wifi (only available in reception area) . Basically this can be decided as a overnight room stay with bed and shower available, that's all.
Very good room space. Service is good. Koir Mattress in bend condition. Complementary breakfast good. Neat and hygienic. No drinking water.

We booked 2 bedrooms at the same day of our stay. AC and Hot water was available all the time. Bathroom is good compared to rooms.I found hotel staffs were not friendly, if you need something it will take more than half an hour for them to assist you , rooms mirrors we're dirty. Complementary breakfast was good.
