Philips Authorised Service Center - Electronics repair shop in Guntur - Guntur, India

Really worst service. I buy headset worth Rs. 4,300 with discount came for Rs 2800. After 3days of buying found there was issue with headphones. I went to this shop. They said will replace my product. But unfortunately they provided Rs.1800 headset (TAT 1225BL/94) to me. When I asked them no proper response from him. You can search for this model TAT 1225BL/94 online and shops near you when I enquired they informed TAT 1225BL/94 this model will be around Rs 1600-Rs. 2000. This shop person doesn't know how to deal with customers. When I asked him regarding this no proper response and closing call while talking. And everyone will see market price not companies price he should keep that in mind. Actually i can't consider much these issues. But his behaviour wasn't good while giving my replacement product. And battery backup of new replacement wasn't good and not standby time as mentioned on product box.

This is official Philip authorised Centre , If ther is warranty it is free of cost else they are charging too high, This place is limited to few items like Trimmer , Mixer and we have different branches for different items .All the items are not repaired at single place.It takes 2-3 days based on the product condition.
