A nice town. Two lane from Pfutsero has made the journey much more enjoyable, convenient and quicker.
Phek town is the district headquarter of Chakhesang and Pochury tribe. It situated in a slopping valley, above the tizu river. It is major town for the surrounding villages. The people are warm and friendly. Average temperature ranges from 18.9 to 26.1 Celcius.
