Highly dissatisfied with my order of 1.5 kg fish and 1 kg prawns today. Fish we have thrown out completely. Water 800rd including tips. Prawns quality is insane. Called and messaged to them however no one bothered to revert me. Hence posting review here. No more orders with u guys further. Service is important which is lacking here.

Worst quality. Today mng I ordered naatu Kodi, he brought kodi legs with nails also. Wasted chicken they delivered and charged 780 rupees per kg. Don't use this app.

No sense of responsibility & no reliability of timely & correct online orders delivery. I have ordered Mutton Head on 26/12/2020 evening with a choice of delivery on 27/12/2020 morning 08:30~09:30 AM time slot. But they have delivered the order only by 11:10AM that too after repeated calls to them. Even the delivery of ordered item was incomplete as the Brain was missing. After calling & notifying them, the response was that the Brain was broken & so could not be included with the meat. This they never bothered to inform me before delivering the order & deducted the cost of Brain from the total cost of Mutton Head. They expected that I may NOT notice that the Brain is missing. This amounts to cheating the customer. So my advice to customers is that avoid ordering anything from them online. And also the cost of items is high when compared with the local market.

They never deliver what we order. First time they gave me half kilo less and didn't even bother to return the money paid online. Second time I ordered with skin and they gave skinless. Third I ordered prawns with tail and there was no tail.

Initially the delivery was perfectly ontime. But after 2 months it become worst. Needs to be improved. Rates are much higher compared to market rates and that too they charge shipping. keep an eye on it.

One of the worse supply. They won't deliver the items on time and management also not respond for the phone calls. So don't order in this retail shop. Go and get it lively from outside the market instead of placing online order.

Very poor service, not answering phone calls at 8:00am. Yesterday they said they don't have Quails stock but was showing in website. No clarity. Today called them for confirmation and they are not responding to phone call...

I'm really very satisfying for ordering in Pheebs app,fresh meat items and halal cutting, quality is very high and tastey ,
