The WORST
One of my family members was admitted here for Covid-19 treatment. In the beginning patient was doing good & HRCT score was 10 but after 3 days of treatment by Dr. Patake, patient become abnormal and HRCT became 20 although his treatment was going on and Phatake was not providing us the REMDESIVIR as per Govt rules patient above 20 HRCT must get it from hospital. Anyhow we have arranged the REMDESIVIR and patient came to recovery stage but at the time of billing we had extra medicine that costs 10,000 we requested to Medical owner and Dr. Phatake to take medicine return as you ordered and not used on our patient but they both denied to take extra medicine back to store, they directly said you can throw out if you dont want.
They are just seating there to earn the money & they dont care about patient and their financial condition.
Today I went for fasting/PP/BhA1c test, surprisingly no receipt of payment given. When I went on 1st floor, person used same niddle twice when once it was out. Syringe was kept on table opened for 5 minutes when she was searching vein. No gloves. Nobody bothers about infection, no name written on plastic bottle when given urine. Chances are of changing labels. Money taken on ground floor, I don't know which person taken as he was also standing with me like patient whether he was staff or not that was not sure while giving payment. So much scope is there for improvement, only ambience will not give quality in service.
