The experience was not good and the sales executive need to improve the service They did not know how to communicate with the customer they have minimum knowledge regarding this sale and the CEO Suresh is they don't how to run the company they speck like un professional words they don't no professional knowledge i think please close the your service *Saying a word is simple but taking it back is not possible Therefore, when we speak a word, I want you to feel it more and more* PG had a lot of trust in people but their sales executive lost that trust and now the CEO also doing the same. Definitely they lose the service

Hi, with pgo definitely you won't get desired room of yours , they are not allowed to book till day before, i booked for single room and paid money but host not accepted neither rejected, i asked to pgo support then only They told not available and they said book only after verification with them , i am not sure in that case why they placed booking option there , on the same day i asked alternative options in Gachibowli madhapur hitechcity telemcomnagar gowlidoddi and nanakramguda but they haven't able to find , finally i cancelled booking at night and looking for alternative options for morning 6, for the cancellation they need initiate refund but they didn't till 6th October and they did only after i called them twice , so it will take 15-20 days(till now I didnt get ) time for refund instead of 5-7 days , so please don't book through pgo mostly if you book also don't pay money till you got confirmation else you would face lot of issues
