I resided in the PG for approximately 3-4 months. I was very comfortable and this is probably the best PG accommodation available for girls in terms of location, privacy, amenities etc. The owners are genuinely kind, helping and generous people. Uncle and Aunty treat every individual with a lot of love and care. I loved the ambience of the place and especially since the location of this PG is in a very safe and convenient area.

PG is very good for Girls.

I personally had an utterly bad experience with them.. When I got to know about this pg , I went to have a look and an old lady guided me in a very nice way.. But his son was doing all the dealings and I must say he is a very arrogant guy... He asked me to pay the booking amount and made it very clear that you'll have to pay the first month rent on the day when you'll move in".. I payed the booking amount (seven thousand & five hundred bucks) & I was planning to shift after 7-10 days and later I called him after a few days to inform the particular day when I'm going shift and what he told me is that HE HAS ALREADY STARTED DEDUCTING MY RENT FROM THE BOOKING/SECURITY AMOUNT THAT I HAD PAYED EARLIER though I hadn't shifted yet. When I questioned him about this , he got furious and was extremely rude.. later he connected the call with his sister who claimed to be the owner of the pg , was also talking in a very disrespectful & demeaning way. I CANCELLED THE DEAL WITH THEM & THEY REFUSED TO RETURN THE SECURITY/BOOKING AMOUNT THOUGH I DIDN'T EVEN RESIDE THERE FOR A DAY! After having lots of arguments and when I finally thought of taking things forward legally.. this guy named "Karamjot" returned me half of the amount that I had payed! No doubt.. infrastructure of the pg is good but THE OWNERS AREN'T SUPPORTIVE AT ALL!
