I'm pleased to say that the trainer is very hardworking and always encourages the gym members to achieve next level body goals. Atmosphere is great. Even, all the equipments for daily exercises have been installed. Great place to start your transformation journey. PK Is doing excellent work.

In my perception, in a small town such as Narwana , Mr. Pardeep Kaushik provide us a better amenities of gym like good equipment, best diet for beginners as well as for professional, apart from it , he knows how to make person comfortable in the gym and he helps each student to guide proper training or position.
