Unethical business practice. I ordered an Aquarium water Lilly pipe online from them. Payment was promptly made. Delivery was made the very next day. I opened the package, just to find the Lilly pipe have a crack. I messaged them the image and video of the crack to them with in moments of delivery and the response was he will check with owner and confirm. On 2nd day follow up, I was messaged that Owner has confirmed that they issue replacement or refund on if product is damaged, Now what I do not understand is. What kind of practice is it. There is a crack in the product that they delivered and they do not consider it as damaged. Even after giving the video and photograph moment after delivery about crack. The vendor is not ready to accept the fault on their side. Also gives me a very strong feel that the vendor deliberately shipped a faulty/defective product. Mistakes do happen, but when there is not attempt to correct it or rectify then it gives a confidence that it was done deliberately. To summarize.. Avoid buying things from them online.
Such a worst service. Not once but ordered product with them thrice online and none of the occasions I have been delivered what I ordered. Last time I literally ensured the availability of the product before placing the order, still been delivered the wrong product. No responsibility from them to correct the same. Please stay away from them.
