This store has a huge collection of pet products. We also gets discount on purchase of multiple items. The owner is also good, understand our requirements and the best part is once I needed a T collar for my kitten and the extra small size was not available (7). Instead of asking us to wait for some days so that he can bring the product like any other shopkeeper, he told us the place where we can get that specific product!
Best pet shop around. I start going there when my "angel baby" (pet) got sick. Nd trust me all pain gone after frst doctors visit nd the service nd stuff they were so helpful. Everyone should check it out

I am very disappointed with this particular shop in Durgapur. The doctors from PetSmart gives medicines which are available in the shop and the shop worker gave me the *expired* *medicine*. My dog became sick after the medication. I trusted the shop so I too forgot to check the expiry date, which was my mistake. Please everyone if you purchase any medicines from here must check the expiry date because they have a bunch of expired medicines and foods available there which they do not even check before selling.

Had visited for vet consultation.The vet attended my pet well .The medicines are available in the shop along with other pet goodies.Online payment option also available.Only thing is that they can give free consultation or subsidized consultation for stray animals in need of help.
