We bought this cute and very innocent labrador from this shop and they explained each and everything about the puppy really well be it his diet, vaccination and how to take care of him in a best possible way. The shop also offers all the required accessories for the puppy and dog food as well.. Need a pet visit the pet pash !!!
Most pathetic service, running business in manipulation, I asked them to exchange the rubber muzzel , I told them I will take something else as my dog is not comfortable wearing it, they straight away denied. I have been a very loyal customer there since I bought my rabbit from them about 4 years ago, I buy all my rabbit and dog's stuff from them regularly, but it seems they have no value for loyalty and customer service.Thank you for your quick response and thoughtfulness. It matters a lot for a regular customer. I got a call from the shop and they even agreed to return the product. Thank you once again.
I purchased GSD double coat puppy from this shop in 2011 for Rs6500. The puppy was of pure GSD breed. After becoming adult dog, everybody used to admire and complement him. He was such a beautiful dog. Everyone used to ask if any of his puppies are available. My GSD died in Feb 2020 due to liver failure. He was 9 year old. I want to thank the owner of shop for such a wonderful gift.

Store manager is way to rude and no sense to handle the clients. He won't help us with any sort of doubt. I asked how to differentiate between male and female Guinea to which he shouted . And you cannot return or exchange anything he will make sure to tell u after u purchase from him. Arrogant behavior. Every pet is over charged. Animals are kept in very bad condition. 0 Rating.
Shop with variety of fish, dog, bird, cat, rat and rabbits. High and fixed price shop. Not human touch and there to do business only, which is not right if you are dealing with pet.. I bought 3-4 fish per visit thrice from them but they died in a space of 2-3 days.. They have no answers apart from excuses and suggesting to purchase something else. Variety of fish is also going down.
My brother went to buy a pair of finches from this shop. But they gave him two female finches instead of one male and one female. When I contacted them to change it, owner asked me to buy two more male finches from them. He said he can't identify who is male and who is female. While finches are fully grown and a person who keeps the birds can easily identify this. I wonder how he denies this fact when he is running a pet shop. Even small shopkeepers knows these things. Worst experience of buying birds from such a big shop. Feeling like cheated.
