I don't understand how this pet shop has good ratings. I have give one star because there nothing less than it. Worst behaviour of employees especially name Shilpa. How can am owner hire someone for reception who doesn't know how to handle customers. So rude. About services also I am not sure. The pets which I saw there, i got scared how they were treated during wash or dry. They don't even have the hot water

I would like to recommend pets lifestyle for pets and food I got Labrador puppy in good price. And also got best discount on pets product in entire bhopal.

We used to go there regularly but as mentioned in some comments above owner misguides customer by saying don't buy this product instead get other one ( which gives them more margin). Purchased drools on owner suggestion but the food was bad, we found worms and insects inside it. Secondly we used to go there for grooming of our dogs ( i have 2 dogs). They don't allow you to go with your pet, they have a separate flat where they take pets. Back then we found wounds on our dogs back and his ears were also swollen but we ignored it as we trusted them but it all changed when the last time I visited them. I requested them to cut his hair infront of us for which he agreed after a good half an hour argument. The guy who was cutting our dog's hair was so so so harsh on him, obviously he is a dog he is supposed to throw tantrums, and mind you they take good 2000 bucks for cutting. That guy become so rudeee that he literally forced his head upside down with anger & this happened infront of our eyes. Now just imagine how these guys are treating your beloved pets inside that flat where you can't enter. We confronted him & went to owner, and the owner had a same reaction. Very rudee. Dude we are paying youu 2000 bucks for haircut you are supposed to take the full responsibility but he refused. Owner is so money minded that he didn't even asked us to stay or apologize for the same. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS STORE EVEN IF YOU KNOW THEM WELL BECAUSE WE USED TO FEEL THE SAME.

He is an amazing human and doctor. I am blessed I met him. He literally saved my dog. I went to 6-7 doctors in Bhopal and Indore but no one could understand the problem and give solution but he did it. My dog's situation is turning better day by day and my dog is happy too. He is just one text away as soon as i text him I get a reply in mins
