Very good service and accommodation. Natural climate good parking area

The location was good, but it was a bit confusing while seeing in google map. The Name board of the hotel was small so we could not find it at a glance. Later we found the property. It is situated just in road side itself. The rooms and the bathroom were neat and clean. And the rate was also affordable for a middle class family. For that budget we are not expecting much. They provided soap, and bathtowel. There was a TV in the room, but the inly channel available was a local channel. No other channels were available. That was an issue. there was no restaurant attached. But we get good restaurants within 5 min drive. In the bathroom hot water was not available. Good Stay with an affordable budget. Those who looks for just an affordable stay, this proprty can be chosen..

Rooms are clean, sufficient space to keep luggage. No issues with the staff. They have regular staff all the time so one need not worry about service. I feel you can be more interactive with the hotel staff for sightseeing suggestions. The board on the welcome desk shows 11am checkout. This sometime worries us. However they did not say anything when we checked out at 11.30. Hill view can be enjoyed with few rooms in the hotel. Most of the rooms are on the opposite side.

Decent and good hotel. Located at prime location.

Stayed there for 3 days during second week of Jan and found below issues. 1. On the Night of 12th Jan a group of around 50 College students checked in and were playing DJ music at high pitch. Complained to the front end about loud music and was informed back that this will continue till 10.30 pm and was asked to shut doors and adjust. There were only few families that day compared to those college people who occupied 3/4th of the rooms and dormitory. Next day also I spoke to the front desk on this and was told " College Students........." 2. What you pay is what you get. I understood the moment I entered the room when checking in. the quality of room was only worth its price I paid. 3. Room 108 does not have toilet door latch for locking and the door is always open and I had to bear the brunt of DJ noise my first day night. Adding to that the design of the hotel ensures every word spoken in the lobby is echoed over all the rooms. 4. Extra bed cover provided had cigaratte burn marks all over it. Big size bed bugs and insects seen. 5. Except one tubelight all other lights not working. Only one charger point available. Front desk was helpful in travel arrangement with less turnaround time. Overall not suitable for families is my experience. Please refer to the Photos for validation of my review.

Quality rooms with affordable price. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Good service. Recommend for everyone.

they have some real good guys who will help you in managing your travel plan in the best possible way. the only problem we found was that they didn't have anyone to attend for the needs instead the manager would come directly to help. this was a nice gesture but we felt hesitated to approach the manager for providing basic amenities like water etc.. overall, excellent place to stay and the restaurants are nearby within 1 km range. but don't expect any scenic views from windows or balconies.

It was a small hotel Big Room with sofa and window towards valley. However there were a lot of issues for me: 1. This room was stinking with closed room smell. I still had to keep it as it was bit late in evening and we were too tired to search for another room & it was the only room available. I complained about this to a staff member and his reply was "i have cold, i cant smell anything." Can you believe that I had to wear a POLLUTION MASK while sleeping to fight this smell. Second night was much better without any smell. 2. There was no kitchen in this room, so we had to order from outside restaurant "UDUPI". UDUPI in kalpetta is good veg restaurant. 3. Two days After leaving the hotel, I got a call from this hotel's receptionist (Mr. Rejith) saying "Sir one of my coffee flask is missing. Is it with you???!!!" . This was the most embarrassing moment when a cheap hotel's was saying me that I stole a f*g coffee flask. damn it. This was insulting. I still controlled myself and politely told him to search it in hotel. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO SLEEP IN YOUR CAR.
