Peter Platter Restaurant cum Bar - Restaurant in Kolkata, Kayrapur - 24 Paraganas North, India

It was a great experience. We ordered chicken and fish platter the chicken tandoor was a bit dry ,but not bad. The fish literally melted in our mouth.So, we might visit there again. Also their hospitality was amazing. Always served with a smile . My rating would be 9 out of 10.

The place is as well the behaviour of the staff is alot good but the time taken for serving is absolute worst. It took about more than one hour to serve the food. Me and my friend was sitting idle after finishing our beers. It was absolute worst while waiting for our food. If you are going with your friends so be careful as they take their own time to serve food appetizers.

Let me start my review by writing, there were flies everywhere, on the utensils, cutlery, table, chairs, everywhere. It's disgusting. The dining area of a restaurant has to remain at least free of any type of pests. The kitchen is also supposed be free of pests. However, a handful of restaurants in Kolkata and surrounding areas may be certified as truly hygienic. Peter Platter has set a benchmark for unhygienic restaurant atmosphere and subpar ambiance (because of the type guests that frequent this restaurant). If you are used to dining in restaurants, such as Afraa, Mainland China, Orient, Trinka's and other restaurants in Kolkata that offer quality service and food to their guests, then don't even think about coming to Peter Platter. The quality of this restaurant is even worse than Regent in Panihati and Disha in Sodepur. Ubique in Barrackpore will seem like a 3 star restaurant (which it's not) after spending a few moments in Peter Platter

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Peetar Plater Restaurant and Bar, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of comfortable seating and a warm decor. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure our every need was met. The food quality was exceptional, with each dish more delicious than the last. We tried a variety of items from their menu, which all was cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable given the high quality of the food. In addition to the excellent food, the drink selection at Peetar.

Excellent food quality , even better then 5 star category hotels , all dishes are tasty and delicious

Everything is fine but smoking zone is not good

Food is good(I had Chilly Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Pepper Chicken, Chicken Lollipop,Chicken 65..quite nicely cooked and served but tasted Crispy Chicken it's just the waste of money) but the price of alcohol is on the higher side.. the ambience is not good at all to get high.. They intentionally dropped the temperature of 26degC to save electricity ..but I adjusted wid universal remote though anyway the hospitality is average.. if u r wid frnds then it's okay to visit.. but not with girlfriend at all coz it have too much cheap crowds smetimes...
