Hello Petals Neo Care...!!! This is Mohammad Shahbaz, Last month my friends 7 month daughter hospitalized in "Petals Neo Care" in Karimnagar. She was suffering from phenomena and was on severe stage. Then I approach Dr. Shiv Kumar Of "Petals Neo Care", He was very kind and OUTSTANDING! Very compassionate and patient. I like that he listens to us and seem genuinely caring about our baby's problem. It took around 14 days and Now Baby's health is absolutely fine. I appreciate the cleanliness of the Hospital..!! Such a great benefit that the Hospital Admin Mr. Muzaffar, he is nice n Humble man and Nursing staff was also nice and helpful. It was the best Hospital experience in Karimnagar for kids. I would recommend "Petals Neo Care" to anyone who is looking for an Urgent Care for their kids. I appreciate the friendly, non-threatening atmosphere and the prompt attention we received. He understand's the patient condition and provide the right & appropriate treatment. His conversation with patients will be like with family members. Hospital is well maintained in hygienic environment. Patient attendant is given counselling in the morning and evening times. First of all, Thanks to Petals Neo Care Hospital. The best Neonatal hospital I would recommend for Preterm babies. Hospitality was extremely good. Special thanks to Dr. Shiva kumar sir, Dr. Srikanth sir, Dr. Thirupathi sir, Very compassionate doctors. Words are not enough to thank you for everything you have done for us. Doctors understood every parent emotion, extremely supportive and took the time to listen to our concerns and answer all of our questions, they handled every situation with lot of patience and explained my preterm Baby Health Condition through counselling sessions and how baby is Recovering every day then I come to knew my baby is in the safe hands. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. NICU (Neonatal intensive care unit) staff (Manan, Shilpa, Narmada, Deepika) and others. Thank you everyone from bottom of our hearts. Over all consultation and treatment is satisfactory and coming to other Management Behavior was good and Patience. We brought our baby to Patel's Neo care for Treatment. For Breathing Difficulty. Hospitality was Extremely Good. Dr Shiva Kumar was Explained Baby's Condition every Day with us How baby is Recovering. Coming to Management Behaviour was Good and Patience.

In this hospital doctor facility is good and the care of children's are good but little ignorance of workers in hospital like receptionist and sisters and some other persons but doctor was good in this hospital for doctors are working... This hospital have NICU PICU OPERATION THEATRES in two floors... and one pharmacy available in side of hospital and there was some small disturbance of toilets only 1 toilet for whole hospital...
