Very rude owner. His Muslim assistant is more professional than him. I don't have prior experience keeping fish. Instead of helping me out. He recommended that I try all kinds of fish. Sadly he didn't educate me on the water quality, food type etc .
This evening me and my friend visited to this shop to purchase food for my pet. The shop keeper was trying to be over smart. Rather then providing service to customer he is involving in unnecessary conversations which is none of his business. We communicated in the language which human beings understand and he was not able to comprehend and was asking irrelevant cross questions. All we expect from you to be a more human.
Worst pet shop in Hospet! Worst customer service. Pet food is of cheap quality and the price is triple times that of other stores. I had bought 1 kg of bird food for my budgies.Worst shopping experience. The staff was very impatient and rude. Never shopping here again.
