Awesome place to buy anything related to pets, has a wide variety of pets. Aakash (owner) is a great guy in terms of explaining, answering queries anytime, attending, guiding and at a reasonable price. Rest of the pet shops ( not all ) were delaying and we had to run time and again. But here we visited once and got our GSD puppy. Also they have tie up with Vadodara's best Vet Doctor ( Dr. Angela Lobo) so it is a one stop solution for everything. Must go to this place for people who are buying 1st time. Keep up the good work Aakash and Pet Hypermart.

I purchased a Fish tank which had a minor defect in it. The owner promptly sent the person to my home and fixed the defect to my satisfaction. Dear Team, please continue providing such supports to your customers with same zeal and enthusiasm. I appreciate your unrelenting efforts.

I wanted to buy a Beagle Puppy and i just like any other buyer i researched a lot and also called & visited almost all the pets shops in my and surrounding cities . But visiting Pet Mart instantly gave me the confidence to Buy from them specially because of the positivity, professionalism & Confidence that gave good vibes & trust . Being from another city i still preferred to buy from Pet Mart located 140 km from my place . Becoz pet is bought once in atleast 15 years . Quality of the pet was amazing and its getting along in the house now . Thanks Pet Mart - Aakash ! keep the great Work going .

Unethical service from the owner. I had my shih tzu groomed at this shop and after going back home I noticed that hair was not cut properly near eyes. I called them again on the same day if I can bring back my shih tzu in evening and I was asked for extra charge again even though I paid 1200Rs In morning. Very unprofessional behaviour. Please avoid going there.

Must Visit this place and you would love it. The owner is a great guy to guide you with any product you want or any service you looking for. Best palce for beginner or pro. They have doctor visit and hostel for your pet. Good Hygined place and products range is also good.. for cheap price to branded stuff.
