All type of pet foods and cages available. No actual live animals or birds. They have no contacts of person who are interested to sell pets... So what is the purpose of taking down our contact numbers?........neither they are bothered to ask which pet we have and which food is good for them and what other play things those pets like to play.......no suggestions ..... nothing......Just like Machines they work.
A small pet store in Mangalore where you can find things of your pet choice. But the people of that place is not well informed. You need to be yourself equipped to buy for your pets. A little information you can have with the counter person otherwise its all you. The shop is on the first floor, so it will be little difficult for an old person to go to the shop. Because I don't think there is a lift for that kind of customers. Otherwise it is an okay store to go for. In urgency you can definitely visit the place. You might find the stuff you would be looking for. They deliver at your doorsteps as well. Which I found a little helpful. Can be visited when in need.

Rude unprofessional and cheap staffs,. They mock customers behind their back by the looksof their outfits,.. shop was good.. This was our last and final visit, would never recommend anyone to go there while these cheap poor awful and communal staffs are there..

Now they have situated in new place and bigger store. Prices on food and stuff are cheaper than Pet hut. Delivery is promt and staff are always polite. They are active on WhatsApp business too, which is super convinient.
First review: Staff is very friendly.. Give you information on item in detail. They have good discount on products 5 to 15% according to Bill amount. Also, they have free home delivery up to 5km. Which is great.
