petted a stray cat 2 years ago then months later she came into our house and delivered one of her kittens. Since then I've been buying cat litter and other products from them. Kind and helpful staff, have affordable (250-300 for 5kg) alternatives

The entire staff is extremely warm, welcoming and more importantly aren't judgemental to different breeds. They will always keep yours and your dog's interests at a priority even if it ends up not being a sale at their end. E.g. we wanted to buy paw covers so that our dog doesn't scratch her eye, however they weren't too sure over the effectiveness and advised us to buy mittens from a baby shop instead of spending so much on the paw covers. They deserve every bit of our business.

We went for a hygienic cut and they trimmed it so badly that our pets got rashes , also during the process my pet was crying so much and we went inside to see..there were red spots on the ground n bed but when we asked them they said it's Holi colour but no We have a strongly feeling it was my pet's blood. They did not even comb our pets hair after a wash and they didn't even remove their paw hair, we had to take him again over there. They didn't groom them properly. I do not recommend at all. No one is experienced there.

My dogs have got rashes, the owner was good but they need to hire professional groomers as the current groomer do not treat our pets properly and are very harsh, I went for a bath and hygiene cut, both my dogs have severe rash on their intimate areas. and for the amount they charge they seem to not know what they are doing, they gave my dog a haircut too when i had mentioned that i jut need a hygiene cut.

Very Bad... pathetic...just for hygienic cut and shower they charged 2500.... where as after inquiring at other places, the charge should have been lesser till 1500... 700 only for hygiene. I messaged the owner and he said that he will not refund the money back. Very bad experience..I have some very good groomers coming home and grooming your angels.. Please don't go to pet castle . Edited : this is an answer to the v rude reply from them. 1500 is the regular rate every where..who knew that u would charge me almost double ..yea I said the shower given was good but not best..the people who came home and groomed my baby were much better.. And so u accept that u quoted a high price. I need a refund..I still am adamant.

If you're looking to be a parent for the first time or you're someone with a ton of experience with pets, this has got to be the go to place to get everything that you may need for your pet's needs. Asif,is the owner of this store, is so good with his knowledge of animals. He's got some amazing products too. As I write this, I'm a first time pet parent and this place has the best services to get you started. Cheers. Great job guys! Also. Their grooming parlor is superb.

Never forget to take receipt. The store manager will make excuses of printer being slow, not working etc. and when it comes to return the product in exchange of something else(I'm sure all pet owners understand the need to exchange something for their pet if doesn't suit them) from their store they will ask for 10% deduction in the previous purchase. I bought a cat litter for Rs 360 few days back but my kittens have started staying outdoors and I no longer need the litter. So I went there to return it and get two box of wet food, so whatever was the difference I asked to adjust it in the new purchase, they said only 90% of exchange product will be given and 10% will be deducted cos of no bill and that guy said "kidhar aur se bhi liya ho hum ko kya maalum" when I have been regularly buying cat food/litter box/litter etc since last two months. Well, it was my mistake not to take the bill when I bought the litter cos I was in a hurry and he made excuses of printer(which he has done before too) so if you buy anything 1) don't expect good experience for returns 2) always take the bill or don't buy the product. They say go vocal for local, if local treats their customer like this it's better to buy from amazon or flip kart Edit PS:- it's not about Rs36, it's about ethics.
