Pathetic person is the owner of this shop, he thinks too much of himself, he knows how to talk and that's it, he does not have proper knowledge. I took my beagle once for bathe and grooming, he got all his hair trimmed saying that it's necessary, later from several places I crossed check it was not at all required. He is literally uneducated and unprofessional.

I went there for grooming of my labrador. Initially he hold me Rs 1200 for grooming charges but after service he changed his statement and said for first visit we charge Rs1600.

He is nothing more than an arrogant , lazy unskilled layman.
