I saw in net and asked their service for home. I informed pest control service for 3bed room house. The service is really bad and they have not attended the dining area and said that it is not in scope After calling their office technician applied the gel for the name sake Even in bathroom also same. When I did with local guy last te he applied for all the bathrooms and ward robes. The service is far inferior that any local guy. Even after 15 days the problem is not solved. They sent service person yesterday (26Apr2023) again and applied the gel one more time.. I am waiting for the result this time and post feedback after a week
I am very satisfied with pestoman . They always notify me of my next appointment weeks in advance. They let me know once they have arrived for service and always ask if I need any further service. A service job card report is issued showing what was done and problem areas to be aware of. They have been my pest control service for over 15 years.
Vivek , the technician assigned to our villa , is very professional and courteous. He always does a great job. If we ever need to change an appointment, he is always willing to adapt his schedule to ours. I hope he is our right technician for many years to come.
Technicians were well behaved & in uniform , I got cockroach service done from them. It has been 7 months now and the treatment seems to be effective. There was a slight delay in getting the service done then the committed time because of traffic , overall a very good experience no chemical smell
