The service was good. The staffs are responding properly. But the building looks unsafe as the ceiling was chipped out and patch work was not done.

Delivers packages to incorrect addresses including speed posts. Telephone number not working as well. No way to contact. Indian government postal service is that's why lagging behind the private ones.

The employees were very empathetic. Seeing that I came with my child and when I mentioned I came from a different city, they tried all possible ways to help get things done faster. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Staff are fairly responsive with queries. Would rate this place & staff above any other average government establishment in terms of ease of use. Maintained well

The officials are very unprofessional and have made the office a zoo. All the stuffs are scattered here and there like garbage.

Not exactly a review, but more in the lines of update. Post office is now functioning from new premises - it is very close to the old one. Slightly more room and better organized. It's now to the left of Theemai theerkum Vinayagar temple

Just unbelievably good service by every member as experienced by me over the year. Starting from the cheerful postal delivery lady to the one dealing with savings account and the guy booking the speed post etc..I am impressed more by its consistency and dependability. God bless all of them. {Codicil: Complaint. I fancied for sometime that all my super customer satisfaction feeling was all due to some special charm or personality in me. which elicited this service. To my great disappointment over the time I realized that this is just their disciplined attitude and commitment and has been their natural and spontaneous work culture and rendered to each and every customer in the cross section. I did have the opportunity to witness their handling some difficult irrational customer also with the same cool positive attitude. Well Perungudi Post Office is part of the Incredible INDIA.} ONE black mark is of course you cannot blame them. There is no dedicated staff allocated for attending phone calls and so you may be pleasantly surprised if your phone call gets attended.
