A Home and away from Home, Top of the range service with Excellent Rooms and Amenities,very friendly staff that made my experience even better.I didn't feel i was a Foreigner one bit. I Felt at home with a new Family. A great Thanks to Mr.Ashik for always being available to address any issues that arose in my room. Made my stay worth the while. I'll forever have good memories of my first Time in India. Hope to definitely return soon to this wonderful place

I stayed for almost 9mnts as I had a transfer to cochin and I found this place one of the best in that area. I had stayed in both 1bhk and 2bk 1: the safety of the building it has card system not keys cctv cameras on all floors. 2: the amenities they provide: lift , fully furnished house with no damage brand new Furnatures , a Modern kitchen , spacious parking in the building and gym in house , 24 hrs electricity with a generator backup. Both the amenities in one and two bhk are almost the same. Main is cleanliness I give it 10/10 3: very humble owner and a very helpful and caring care taker Ashiq who would be at your door to help at any point of the day and night 4: very peaceful atmosphere minimum traffic movement in the day , with a supermarket below the building and some few vegetable and fish vendors below the building. Even if you forget your slippers or towel there is a clothing shop opposite the building 5: don't forget to try yumiee home made food and breakfast opp the road but purely kerala style esp the kerala parotta and below is a bakery in the evening time you get lovely puffs and cakes which gets over quick, beside is a beverage stall who prepares tea and juices 6: As shown in the photos the same you'll get to see. Amazing lighting systems. A/C in hall and bed rooms. Wi-Fi network speed is good no issue I have face in my 9mnts stay. There is an automatic Washing machine in each house with a dry balcony attached to it. The only challenge what I faced was transportation ola doesn't work but download Uber , Uber works but incase if you feel it difficult in getting transport esp in the evening call up the care taker he will help you with a auto driver. Morning time till later evening there are line of autos who stand below building. Also there is bus service every 15 min from morning 10-to 7.30-8pm which will takes u to Aluva metro station Main attraction of this place it's very close to cochin airport. You don't need to spend a lot for your travel to get to the airport.

Shout out to Mr Aashiq who was so far the best staff I have ever come across in a hotel. The rooms are nice and well maintained.. will definitely look forward being there next time .

Had a wonderful stay. Fully equipped rooms with all amenities. You can literally walk in with just your cloths and rest all is taken care of by them. Staff is very polite and caring. Safe for family/ ladies. Overall experience is just wow. Defiantly coming back here always.

this was the best stay along with family if you wanted to stay nearby Cochin Airport. very clean & good facilities. for Family i found all facilities which we require at home. I could able to make tea, Maggie for my daughter as all things readily available

This a very good stay with all facilities. Also there a small super market down. A good tea shop attached to the building. The small hotel opposite to the building also very nice.

Had a great stay at Perumayan Arcade . The accommodation provided by them is super. Kitchenet, sitting room is provided at reasonable tariff. Area is clean, car parking available. The manager and staff is very friendly and attends all your requirements .

Stayed at Perumayan Arcade with family during a visit to Cochin.The apartment was modern, fully furnished with all required facilities and had a good ambiance.The front office Manager Mr.Ashiq was very helpful and a customer oriented person. His presence brought added value to the Perumayan Arcade.I would definitely recommend the place to friends.
