This places does not deserve 4 star review Horrible food and customer service Chicken curry we ordered was mainly bones with very less meat and it was not cooked properly and got us sick. We ordered drinks but they came very late after we almost finished our meals. Also the taste was very average. They told us they had cleaned the upstairs restaurant and didn't allow us to go there, but let other people in afterwards. Do not recommend

Good food and service.. we wanted to try the local kerala parotta with beef n fish polichadhu! So the last day of our stay, we were recommended this restaurant by our google bro, we order parotta and fish polichadhu, it was good for me but it was tooo good for my hubby! We also got fried rice for the kid and it was okay. Parotta went well with it.. we enjoyed eating here!! Their service was good too, the guy explained us on how it side it up with.. food good night!

Non veg meals was good. Authentic Beef roast and chicken 65 must try. Overall worth trying. Price is also reasonable Vesta brand icecream available in that restaurant . White chocolate ice cream must try. Mango flavour icecreams were also good

It seemed like a popular restaurant as it was pretty crowded.. I tried chapati, Kerala Nandan Chicken Curry & Sweet Lassi. Chapati was Soft & Chicken was a bit Spicy than expected but it was Ok.

Atmosphere is really good on 1st floor but food taste is zero literally no salt no taste nothing and too huge priced equal to 5 star hotels service is also top bad we went tried a lot of dishes with 14 member group bill close to 5000 nothing was worth!

This restored they are a tasty food and amazing service are providing because I have experience in this restored and I am a taxi driver

Amazing food, that is all i can say. We went here for lunch that day we reached thekkady. There was a lot of wait time, we had to wait for atleast 20 to 25 minutes before we got place. But trust me it was worth waiting. The food here was amazing, we order a veg meal, chicken, Kerala paratha, etc. The service took some time but that was expected looking at the crowd, there is no a/C here. There is enough parking space available for 8 to 10 cars.

I had 4 meals over here during my 3 days trip to Thekkady. We had parota, egg curry, Dosa, Chapathi, Tandoori, Fish polichedu, Kerala spl sweet payasam, Veg. Meals (they have both TN rice and Kerala rice), Curd rice, Black coffee and Veg sandwich. They also provide herbal water. That was so good. Their food doesn't harm stomach and health. My personal favourites are their Rasam, egg curry, Kerala spl sweet payasam, Black coffee. I felt too pricy for Kerala spl sweet payasam, Veg sandwich and fish polichedu. Fish polichedu alone cost me around 500. Overall experience is good. They were the only best cafe in the street of hotels. Special mention to their Rasam... It was so soothing when I already started missing home on trip.
