Periyapatna Fort - Historical landmark in Piriyapatna - Mysuru, India

The Fort of Periyapatna built by Periyaraja and place ruled by Changalva Kingdom. Now anyone can see the entrance constructed using huge stones and wall built by big stone bricks.

It's my karmabhumi i stayed here from 28yrs here people gud and here people depends on agriculture is main no near any industry for young generation work after education I thought here like any factory for doing job bus route is better for bangalore mangalore but need train route it's announced in manmohan singh led govt in Central but not see any progress about train route

It's gud looking beautiful And it's part of Coorg Now they update periyapatna

It's one of the oldest port in Karnataka there are many hidden things here which govt has announced officially it's always open to visit

Very good experience

Earlier it was a fort built around the palace of Periyaraja and now it's a place where most of the people belonging to Brahmin community live. Well maintained.
