This is absolutely the Best gym you can find in this area. I love every inch of this gym. 1. Equipments 9/10 2. Trainners 8/10 3. Cleanliness 10/10 4. Overall Maintenance 10/10 5. Occasional Gym Events 7/10 6. Music and Ambience 8/10 They also have Yoga and Zumba classes on Sunday. Which will boost your weekly fitness workout further. The main thing is, the more you spend days in this gym, the more it will turn into family to you. From Manager to Desk Support team to Trainners. Everyone is friendly. And you will get a REAL GAIN if you are ambitious to your goal. They will provide you all necessary things from Diet chart to Fitness Program card. I have started workout after 3 years again couple of months back, i have been well received and explained about my new regime. Good training fecility with cordial approach of the staffs makes it a great place to working out here .

Performyx is an amazing gym. The receptionists and others are very helpful and nice. Trainers here are incredible and experienced. The gym is clean and bright. It gives me such good and positive vibes that I want to go there every single day without fail. I will always recommend this place

I am a newbie at the gym with no clue about equipments, but with the assistance of helpful trainers, I'm slowly getting better at strength training. The receptionists are really kind, dietician Sneha has been supportive throughout my journey. The staff does their job well at maintaining the gym as well. Performyx has been an amazing journey in my life. Having a busy life as a doctor i joined it in March with aims of fitness , increased energy levels better medical fitness with my borderline sugar levels and I have been amazed to see how well i have improved in all the aspects. Special thanks to my Trainer Paromita. She is amazing and always at her best. Her main aim being to slowly and steadily improve yourself build.up the strength and Excel... I am still.on my path to learning a lot from her. Great environment, lovely staff.... Would.highly recommend Last but not the least..... Maintain consistency... Build yourself gradually... I have joined in the month of July,22 and felt a magnificent change from 74 Kg to 65 kg by following their workout chart and diet plan. Professional trainers,experienced dietician, helpful staffs and good ambience make this place excellent. Frequent diet counseling helps me to stay fit and healthy.Highly recommended
