Perfect stayz Premium Hotel Sehdev Residency - Hotel in Amritsar, Amritsar Cantt. - Amritsar, India

I recently stayed at Sehdev Hotel for three days, and my experience was a mixed bag. Let me begin with the negatives. During my stay, I had interactions with two shift agents. In the daytime, I dealt with Armaan. Despite repeated requests, my room was not cleaned for all three days of my stay. Towels were also not replaced promptly, with laundry services cited as the reason for the delay. Moreover, I found Armaan to be rude and unprofessional, particularly when we requested the use of the washroom after check-out, which he denied. This lack of basic courtesy left a sour taste. On a brighter note, the nighttime shift agent, Mannu, deserves special recognition. His hospitality was exceptional. On two occasions, after returning late from Harminder Sahib darshan, Mannu went out of his way to assist us. He opened the gate for us, offered water bottles, and asked if we needed anything, displaying wonderful customer service. While Mannu's excellent service certainly improved my overall impression, Armaan's poor customer service and behavior during the daytime were disappointing. I hope the hotel management can address these inconsistencies in service quality to provide a consistently pleasant experience for all guests. Rating:

Stayed in this hotel for night .The rooms are good and with all the amenities.The staff is friendly and outside food is allowed. Also they should keep the rooms a bit more clean.

Rooms are good , location is good but their service n staff are not good. I asked for water in night (early night) , the receptionist told me to get it myself as no staff is available in night. Also the ran out of tea bags n sugar sache n did Not it provide for 2 days.

Hotel was ok. Staff with named mukesh was very cooprative. Water bottle not provided I have asked 5 times for minral water. Towel they given was like used towel. In my plan breakfast was included but the given only 3 plate chole bathure in breakfast. No tea or milk provided. No parking available. Lift was not Average facilties.

Be aware before booking this hotel. I will never recommend staying at this hotel because they demand extra money for an AC room. I booked a Deluxe room from MakeMyTrip for 2 nights. When I reached the hotel reception, all lights were turned off and it seemed very unprofessional. During my check-in time, the staff was demanding extra money for an AC room. However, during the booking period, it was shown on the MMT app that the rooms are centrally AC, and I also showed the screenshot to the reception staff, who agreed with my words. However, the hotel manager declined to cancel my booking or provide a refund. Unfortunately, I booked another hotel due to his unprofessional behavior and false commitments.

We enjoyed our stay and it was very pleasant! We love everything! the location, modern room interiors and the friendly and excellent service of staff. Thanks to all staff to make our stay memorable.

Worst place to stay and worst staff. It's very far from golden temple and very interior lanes to enter to the premises and very rude staff, had to cancel and not even get the refund , booked another hotel. If u want to waste ur money and time do visit this place.

Rooms extremely dirty, staff not listening to complaints. While asking for room service Mr Danish who is a staff here said he is not working here to listen to others, seems he thinks he's the boss. Requested the manager to clean the room and change the sheets he just got the rooms dusted and put on the same sheets which we got to know as we had already marked them.
