A Disappointing Stay My recent stay at Perfect Stay was unfortunately far from what I had anticipated. The room I was assigned left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon entering the room, I couldn't help but notice a musty odor that immediately dampened my excitement. The overall cleanliness of the space was questionable, with visible dust and grime in various corners. Cockroaches all around the room. The worn-out carpet underfoot didn't instill a sense of comfort either. The bed, a critical component of any hotel room, was a major letdown. The mattress seemed past its prime, sinking uncomfortably in the middle. It was evident that the linens hadn't been properly refreshed, as I noticed a couple of stains that made me question their cleanliness. The bathroom, unfortunately, didn't fare any better. To add to the disappointment, the room lacked basic amenities that are typically expected in a hotel room. The absence of a functional workspace, limited electrical outlets, and poor lighting made it challenging to work or even relax comfortably. While the views from the window were promising, they were overshadowed by the overall condition of the room. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway also contributed to a disrupted night's sleep. Despite the shortcomings, I must acknowledge that the hotel staff was polite and attempted to address my concerns. However, the fundamental issues with the room itself could not be easily remedied during my short stay. In conclusion, my experience at Perfect Stay was far from satisfactory. The room's subpar condition, lack of amenities, and overall discomfort left me feeling disappointed. I hope that the hotel management takes these critiques to heart and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

Team, Please don't go or book this property, because I had bad & worst experience, I booked this property thru agoda with lower price however the property guy asking additional 600 bugs while doing check in which is unprofessional, please don't trust both agoda and this property. Consider this feedback as precaution to avoid.

Booked a room here through Agoda for a discount. When I arrived there he told me to book the room at hotel rates (which were significantly higher). I called agoda customer service during which he gave my room to someone else in front of me. After I ended the call he told me that the hotel has been fully booked. Please be careful of these of fraudsters.

Travellers to Chennai, please do not book this hotel for your stay. What ever price you see as an online deal for the hotel is not accepted by the hotel owner. They will deny your check in and ask you for more money. I had a really bad experience and I lost my Rs.8,683. I'm a solo traveller and used Make My Trip for my hotel booking. I booked the hotel room with an online deal of Rs.5551 for 7 nights (June 25 2023 - July 5 2023). When I reached the hotel, they denied the check in. I was forced to pay Rs.3132 to get the room. There was no other option infront of me doing that since I had my luggage with me. I called Make My Trip customer care and informed about the incident. They said they will help me with the refund of the additional amount which I've paid. I sent the receipt of the additional amount as requested by Make My Trip. Unfortunately on the same day of check in, I had to vacate the hotel room and leave to my home town due to a medical emergency. Now the hotel has denied the refund. So basically I had to pay Rs.8683 to stay in that pathetic hotel for 6 hours. It's not a 5 star hotel as you think. Now Make My Trip has also changed their word. They say that, since the hotel has denied the refund, they cannot help. They advised me to get legal help to get my money from the hotel. It's the hard earned money I've lost to stay in this hotel just for 6 hours. Anyways I'm not going to give up. Let's see how the consumer court can help me in this situation, no matter how many years will it take. So please do not waste your money here in this hotel my fellow travellers.

Absolutely horrible booking experience. Reserved a room through Agoda, and got a confirmation email. On the day of the check in, I called up the hotel to inform them that I would be checking in around 3 pm, when I got the shock. The room had already been allocated to someone else, so they said I won't be able to check in. Utter lack of respect for a reserved guest. I'll end by saying that this hotel has to be avoided at any cost. Total rubbish.

Rooms are pretty fair. The person incharge over their is kind. But the official price is different from online price which you have to pay in addition after going there.

Pathetic service by OYO. Inspite of confirmed booking, the property refused to accomodate me and my family as they said its completely sold out. It was close to 11.00pm in the night we strandered on the roadside. The property also looked lousy and no proper reception. There were only one room Boy seated there and he had no clue how to treat customers. Please never ever book this hotel.

Perfectly fraud place, these people shows one price online & demand for more payment after arrival. ABSOLUTELY SCAM & no coordination among the staff itself. Its a total waste of time & energy. Worse place to go for a stay.
