Nice location , humble staff and beautiful property. Totally value for money. Bar menu rates are low and drinks are good. I disturbed the owner and mastiff so many times but they provided whatever I needed. Thank u so much PerAvel team. Rooms are clean. Value for money. This property is very close to beautiful beach and shacks.

Lovely staff, the place is run by a Nepalese bloke, very hospitable, pretty design, the garden in front is nice for breakfast and has a bar, all the services you could need like laundry, they'll help you arrange taxis, and the location is good just a 1 minute walk away from the beach. All at a very reasonable price for budget travellers. Also just round the corner is a small newsagents run by an old couple, we went there for their chais a lot and they were such delightful people

Although I have read the reviews on Google, before I checked in, So I have very few expectations from the property. I have heard very bad reviews - owner asking money for each and every service, which is true. Even though, the price was not cheap. As I knew this would happen, so I didn't interacted with the property manager or staff. So I have the nice experience without expectations. If you don't have any place to stay or you are staying only for one day- this place is good. Otherwise, I would suggest look for another place. This place is close to beach. I have booked my room through Agoda, so breakfast was not included. Hence, I paid for the breakfast. Breakfast charges was decent and the food was good. Rooms were decent, clean - pls don't expect much facilities. It's just a room to spend the night. Overall, decent experience.

Third class service in this hotel don't book hotel owner behaviour very rude and bad

They charge way too much of money for every little things. If we needed to check in early we had to pay hourly basis also it was same for the check out. Even just to keep the bags in the reception area They charged 50 rs per bag. For room service they were charging 10% extra so we ordered 1 bottle of water They charged 2rs. It's not about paying 2rs but I have never face this before. Currently whoever the manager is there she is nice and supportive. The place is managed by ladies and they just squeezed out every last penny.

Don't book this property unless you want to spoil your vacation. 1) Parking space is not available. You will have to park your car/scooter in public place hoping that no one will damage your vehicle. 2) No hot water in the room 3) No inverter backup for the room which we were allotted. One of the lady who manages the property came with a candle when we complained about the power cut. I was zapped at that moment. 4) We had paid extra for one bed, but only mattress was provided and the mattress was put on the floor. No bed was provided. 5) TV was not working. 6) It took 1 hr to serve the breakfast. There was utter confusion to take the breakfast order. The breakfast menu is fixed, we just had bifurcated tea with sugar and without sugar. This had to be repeated almost 10 times. 7) They mention breakfast is included. We just ordered plain milk instead of coffee and were charged Rs. 75/- per cup of milk. 8) There is no staff. The property is managed by a family (all ladies) who are trying to squeeze out the last penny in whatever way they can. They have lots of ifs and buts. The moment you check-in you will get the feeling of going to a school or living like a refugee. Once you check-out, if you wait in the reception area, you will be charged extra. Heard this rule for the first time.

The location is just perfect, a 2-3 min walk to Sinquerim beach. The staff is very helpful and it is a budget hotel. Would definitely comeback and stay for a longer duration.
