Pepperpot Restaurant - Chinese restaurant in Kannur - Kannur, India

I recently visited the Pepperpot restaurant and decided to try their cream of chicken soup, hot and spicy fried rice, and Schezwan chicken noodles. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. The cream of chicken soup was decent, but the hot and spicy fried rice and Schezwan chicken noodles were below average in taste. Adding to the disappointment, the service was incredibly slow, and it took more than 40 minutes for our order to be served. Considering I was quite hungry when I arrived, the long wait only added to the frustration of the overall experience.

The location is ltl controversial. Stinky surrounding. But the store is very well maintained. And i found all the utensils and their wash room clean. Ordered American chopsi and chicken noodle. *AMERICAN CHOPSI ( ) was too tangy. I have previously had the dish from across the nation. So i can tell u this wasn't well done. Though the price was half the price i paid before for the dish elsewhere. *CHICKEN NOODLES() was just superb. Impressive. We even tried couple of russian honey cake. Which is available here. You can also get 500gm variety here , as they r a major dealer of the brand. The place is well lit and neat. The prices are decent. And ambiance is also good. The staff are also very kind and patient.

I asked the hotel to suggest the best available course menu in non veg. They suggested American chopsuey. The presentation was good. A Bullseye placed on it looks good. Tastes Ok. But the sauce was over tasted. Quantity was too much for me. (Can be shared by 3) It was too much for a single person. Sad feeling is that wasted food

Tried their American choupsey, chilly chicken puttu and a starter. The fishes was in good size and flavourful. Those who are into Chinese dishes can definitely try these. American choupsey was good enough for 2 people.

A good budget friendly Chinese restaurant in Kannur. The puttu items are good. The soup and chopsuey were average. Clean atmosphere with limited parking.

We tried cheesy chicken fries( which was Ok, and comparitively best), chicken lollipop( with too much sauces), pasta(with overloaded garlic flavour), hot and sour chicken soup( with too much peppery flavour), and 3 type of drinks namely rose milk, 'nannaari sarbath' , and forget the name of third one( drinks was too horrible, i couldn't even drink a sip of it). Too disappointed. But the service and ambiance was good.

We had visited this restaurant recently. Located very near to kannur private bus stand. Parking space is available for 2-3 cars and some two wheelers only. Inside the place, seats are limited, maybe 5-6 tables only. Food was great. We had noodles, chicken momos, dragon chicken, water melon mojito, milk surbath and hive cakes. Dragon chicken was slightly overcooked. Dragon chicken have lot of sauces so we couldn't get the real taste of chicken. Mojito and milk surbath quantity was low considering half of its glass was filled with ice.
