Peppermint Cafe - Buffet restaurant in Nedumbassery - Ernakulam, India

Had lunch with family. Superb food. We had beef steak, spaghetti, and a few more dishes... variety options....Nice ambiance. Very calm and quiet place....nice staff...

Made a short dinner stop at the Peppermint Cafe after an airport drop. Was pleasantly surprised by at service and the calm ambience (especially when compared to other options on the same road). The menu was quite elaborate and had something for everyone. Food quality and taste was excellent. Recommend the Grilled Fish for a tasty and healthy meal.

Good food with ample parking space..only 2 staff to take orders and took time in preparation also. Almost all items in the menu were available both the times I visited. Veg Nuggets was really good. Overall decent dining option near the airport.

Food is okay. But the menu had the same items printed twice with different pricing. And when pointed out the waiter said a price which was much higher than both the price mentioned. This was a big put off in the beginning itself. Though we were billed according to the menu only. Staff seemed untrained. The food was okay. The buffet seemed much more promising than the a la cart menu.

Good service, but not so happy with the quality of food , especially the fruits and the brownies. There was lesser variety of items available at the buffet.

Ambiance is good and one of the better hotel near Cochin international airport. What ever the food it is up to the standard and with the mix of excellent customer services make the food even more good.

The food was good, but would like it a tad bit cheaper

I had visited this place in 2021 March for buffet lunch and it was a good experience in terms of ambiance but average in terms of food. I visited again today on 15 September 2022 in the evening for high tea and some snacks. I would say it is scorching hot inside and a pleasant evening took a really bad turn stuck inside the Cafe with a broken ac. They had to bring in a fan and it made no difference. So, in short I would say the standards have gone down the drain in terms of food, ambience and in general service together with the lack of amenities when you pay approximately rs 300 for a chicken sandwich to eat sitting inside a burning cauldron. I wish atleast they could been honest about the broken ac and have left the door open for some air circulation rather than denying it forever. Please visit someother Cafe, if you are hoping for a pleasant experience.
