Nice ambience and great food. We have been here on a Saturday evening for family dinner. Made a reservation in advance and it was totally logical considering the crowd at restaurant for dinner. It was almost full. They have a Valet outside, so you don't need to hunt for parking space. Restaurant is located at 2nd floor and they have a small lift. Ambience is good and they have a live music setup as well. Although, live music is something which not everyone likes but its a good concept. The staff was polite and quick. They got a multi cuisine fancy menu. Soups were tasty and served hot. We tried noodles, sizzler and baked veg, All were great at reasonable price. Overall a great place with good ambience and great food. Recommended place for Family Dinners.

It was a really bad experience. The food did not taste good. The chicken seemed undercooked. The waiters were extremely slow. The menu was in pieces. The food was served to us after 45 minutes of ordering. They ran out of what my family ordered and served different dish without even asking us

I was quite disappointed when I visited the restaurant as both Sushi Tempura and Pizza were unavailable, which were the items I had originally planned to order. However, I decided to try the Italian and Veg Sizzlers along with the Mushrooms Cappuccino Soup, and they turned out to be quite satisfying. The live music was enjoyable, and the presence of valet parking was a convenient touch. Although the initial disappointment due to the unavailability of certain items was a setback, I still managed to have a decent dining experience overall.

Since, all nearby restaurants were full, thought of giving this restaurant a try. We ordered 2 drinks, which were okay, however, the food was horrible, shared my experience upon leaving. My order was desi chicken ( chicken wasn't cooked very well and garlic naans had too much of garlic).

Bitter Sweet experience - 5/10 Pros : 1. Valet Parking 2. Nice atmosphere (not very best though) 3. Food is tasty and portion size is slightly better than competitors. Cons: 1. Very overpriced & Costly 2. They don't provide what they claim in terms of offers and discounts ( they will trick you so that u come there but will deny for any kind of discount what they were claiming to offer during their instagram marketing) 3. It seems Restaurant owners & manager have some attitude, don't care to retain it's customers 4. All starters are too spicy so u need to tell them in advance. 5. AMEX card doesn't work there 6. No dance floor or any arrangement of that sort. 7. They may take good 30-40 mins to deliver main course so order as soon as u arrive. Nothing too great to visit them again... I will say, it's an overpriced one time visit restaurant. Owners doesn't seem to have intention to give best customer experience rather they seem over-confident in terms of their taste.

Nice place with very good ambience . Tasty food... Good staff... Tried sizzlers and North Indian food. Butter chicken was tasty. Good place to visit with friends and family. This restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert. This place is great! Not only the atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, little premium rates but the portion is large. worth it....!! One of the best place in kanpur for food lovers with great ambience. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again.

great ambience and service and good food at reasonable price.......par for the course as far as good restaurants in kanpur are concerned.......not to forget live song performance by a good artist....
