This is a very good gym in the kosba area..all the staff here are very well behaved..and the trainers behavior are very friendly and very helpful for all the trainees.... the gym is very clean and well maintained.... all the gym equipment is good but It would be nice to upgrade it a bit ..the gym also has steam baths and locker facilities for gym members... gym membership prices are affordable for everyone.....the gym receptionist is also very well behaved.

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
