People for Animals is the organisation, which takes prompt action for any Animal Cruelty. Support PFA as much as you can.

Running business in the name of charity. I called and pleaded them up to rescue an old unwell stray dog and all they had in return was denial. They said they don't have any facility or ambulance to pick up the poor creature. If you don't have any facility, for what are you collecting donation of no less than 5k in malls? You guys should be imprisoned for such inhuman behaviour. They are simply minting money at the cost of innocent animals who are never treated by them. God knows if they even treat them or leave them to die.

People For Animals helps all over India, countless animals are helped on a daily basis. The situations are overwhelming but the dedication and love for the animals are above and beyond. These people LIVE to help save animals and each animal saved and loved is a victory, thousands of them every day!

PFA has been and shall remain one of the most important pillars of Animal welfare in India. The sheer volume of cruelty/ animal abuse cases they handle on daily basis is overwhelming. Imagine if PFA is not there, where will animal lovers like you and me go for support. The administration does give a damn, government gives welfare of animals as one of the least priority. In the end it is just Maneka ma'am and her team who gives a chance to fight back. Agreed there might be some slips and shortages. But that doesn't mean you go out there to hang them for it. Running a place which caters to 1000s of animals everyday with hardly any support from outside is no joke. With around 200 units across India , do you feel it can sustain without your support. A single shelter with an intake of around 100-200 dogs needs at least Rs4-5lakhs minimum on monthly basis. Where can one generate that much money. They say they charge for OPD. Yes they do but have you compared it with charges applicable when u take the same dog to a pvt veterinary clinic. Being an NGO doesn't mean they get funded by government. The misconception needs to be cleared. The entire operation to run an organisation like pFa needs funds which they need to source themselves. So before complaining and ridiculing any shelter for that matter try once to be in their shoes and be little more considerate and respectful to a thankless job these guys do with full heart and dedication.

They literally deserve 0 ratings. I called them for a rescue of a stray dog whose jaw is broken and is in terrible condition and what answer I got from this guy named Rahul, after multiple calls is we are closed for admissions as the hospital is in renovation. I have paid them donations multiple times but they are good for nothing. Everyone should stop donating them as they are not doing any promised job with the money. I am regretting donating them.

People For Animals seems to be one of the most active NGOs out there for animal welfare. Their work to rescue and rehabilitate sick and needy animals is quite admirable. Hope other NGOs also come forward with such actions & initiatives.

People for Animals (PFA) is the only organization whose members help the needy animals and birds by presenting an example of true humanity and give them a new life. Kudos to you..This is the only organization which makes good and full use of the donations given to it for the welfare of the animal world.

It is truly heartwarming to see the kind of work done by this NGO. They are extremely passionate about the lives of animals and are taking genuine efforts to make sure that they live a secure and healthy life!!
