I have visited Pentron multiple times over a significant gap between each visit for repairing laptops and PCs. 1. The customer management team is notably weak. Often, promises of callbacks are made but rarely fulfilled, indicating a need for improvement in customer engagement. 2. As highlighted in other comments, there is considerable price fluctuation. For instance, within two months, there was a 1000 rupees increase in the cost of a 256GB SSD (currently priced at 3500rs, including service charges). 3. The repaired devices, largely thanks to Salman, are functioning well. The quality of service is contingent on the individuals handling the repairs. In my case, which primarily involved an SSD upgrade, the experience was satisfactory, with minimal issues to address. From my personal encounters, many staff members exhibit a somewhat rough attitude towards customers, as if providing a service is akin to charity. Despite experiencing delays primarily due to communication lapses, there is a noticeable lack of acknowledgment or accountability. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of meeting Salman, who oversaw the repair of my device. Among the faces in the showroom, he stood out with a genuine character. He took the initiative to apologize for the delay and expressed his understanding. Notably, he went above and beyond by assisting me in carrying the PC cabinet outside. Encountering such genuine individuals is refreshing amidst a crowd that may seem driven by greed. I extend my gratitude to Salman and wish him continued success.

Terrible service! I strongly advise against spending your money here. They lack skilled technicians to properly address reported issues, mishandle laptops, and even cause additional damage. I'm deeply disappointed with the poor laptop service I received, especially considering the substantial fee for essentially no results. This experience has been a complete waste of both time and money
